We are building a founder-led media brand to establish Spiralyze as the definitive authority in A/B testing and experimentation. This role is central to making that happen, turning our proprietary data and the Founder’s expertise into a consistent stream of high-impact content across LinkedIn and YouTube.

The Role

You will be a producer: part strategist, part writer, and part editor-in-chief. Working directly with the Founder, you will extract insights and shape them into content that captures attention. We possess the industry's most interesting dataset, a founder adept on camera, and a production team ready to execute. We need someone to connect these elements with a clear narrative and a relentless publishing cadence.

Core Responsibilities

  1. Editorial Strategy & Content Planning: Build and own the editorial calendar across LinkedIn and YouTube. Develop recurring series and formats (e.g., myth-busting posts, website teardowns, data-driven trend pieces) that compound over time. Determine content publication schedules and formats, ensuring alignment with our positioning as a data-backed authority in A/B testing.
  2. Founder Content Extraction: Conduct biweekly 60–90 minute sessions with the Founder to capture insights, opinions, and stories from client work. Transform this raw material into a week's worth of LinkedIn posts, video scripts, and content briefs. The Founder's time commitment is under 10 hours per week, with you acting as the multiplier.
  3. Writing & Ghostwriting: Write or direct the writing of 4–5 LinkedIn posts per week in the Founder’s voice, plus scripts for 1–2 YouTube videos. Craft engaging hooks, structure posts for interaction, and translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives. Develop a distinct written voice consistent across all platforms.
  4. Creative Team Management: Direct an in-house videographer, graphic designer, and overseas editors. Set creative briefs, review output, and ensure premium quality. You will provide clear direction to the production team.
  5. Performance & Iteration: Track content performance across formats and platforms using engagement data, follower growth, and pipeline attribution. Double down on successful formats and eliminate underperformers. Share performance reports and recommendations with leadership.
