We are expanding our global support organization and seeking a skilled Tier-2 Technical Support Engineer.

Your Day-to-Day Mission:

  • Support our Government Sector: Provide advanced technical support to government and defense customers, ensuring the reliable operation of Twister, Nexus, and Reliant systems across various mission scenarios.
  • Technical Ticket Management: Manage customer inquiries via Jira Service Management, create structured technical documentation, and collaborate closely with R&D and Engineering to resolve complex technical challenges.
  • Flight Data and System Diagnostics Analysis: Interpret flight logs, telemetry, and diagnostic data to identify root causes, verify system integrity, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, R&D, Engineering, Support Tier 1, Sales, and Training teams to understand customer needs, optimize processes, and enhance service quality.
  • Continuous Learning and Product Knowledge: Stay informed about new features, components, and enhancements to build technical expertise and improve support quality.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to internal knowledge bases, create troubleshooting guidelines, and propose process optimizations to enhance efficiency and service quality.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Proficient experience in flight log analysis and troubleshooting of hardware, firmware, and software.
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-functional collaboration and direct customer interaction.
  • Familiarity with Jira Service Management, Confluence, and ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite).
  • Fluent in German and English, combined with an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
