About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and driven Junior Manager Sales (m/f/d) to join our team. You will play a crucial role in shaping our sales strategy, driving company growth, and directly influencing our success by managing and expanding our sales partner network.

Your Responsibilities

• Own and develop a diverse portfolio of sales partners across Ukraine and the Baltics.
• Actively acquire new points of sale and provide support to existing ones.
• Manage multiple offline distribution related channels.
• Implement promotional campaigns and marketing communication for the network.
• Report on the effectiveness of implemented activities.
• Optimize partner performance and enhance internal services to support their success and user experience.
• Maintain a holistic overview of the offline sales channel, understanding global efficiencies and dependencies, and prioritizing/negotiating based on local needs.
• Ensure data quality and integrity of the assigned portfolio in Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Participate in planning and budgeting campaigns, providing portfolio-level insights and representing portfolio needs and behaviors.

About You

• Fluent in Ukrainian and English.
• Previous experience in managing complex sales-related projects.
• Comfortable working under stress and with a remote team.
• Experience in developing and maintaining long-term commercial partnerships.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with international colleagues.
