About The Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be instrumental in translating strategy into tangible action. You will collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership to address the company's most significant challenges, ensuring corporate priorities are clearly defined, aligned across teams, and executed with speed and clarity. This role functions as a strategic force multiplier and trusted advisor, requiring a versatile problem-solving approach. It is ideal for individuals who excel in environments that champion ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. You will be expected to challenge the status quo, optimize operational efficiencies, and guide leaders through complex issues with a solutions-oriented mindset. This is a strategic operating position offering direct exposure to executive decision-making, board-level discussions, and company-defining initiatives.

Your Responsibilities

Strategic Initiative Leadership

  • Drive the execution of the CEO's top-priority initiatives, ensuring clear accountability and measurable business impact.
  • Assume ownership of multiple high-stakes projects, delivering business value through the creation, optimization, and maintenance of processes and products.
  • Identify new growth and revenue opportunities within existing and adjacent markets, developing comprehensive business cases and leading resultant initiatives, including new product launches, market expansions, and operational transformation programs.
  • Support the design of new investment products, taking full ownership of project leadership and execution involving both internal and external stakeholders.

M&A, Business Development & Partnerships

  • Assist in M&A activities, spanning target identification, due diligence, deal execution, and post-merger integration.
  • Propel business development efforts by identifying, evaluating, and negotiating strategic partnerships and commercial relationships.

Operational Excellence, Executive Support & Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Develop and optimize scalable processes to support rapid growth, proactively identify roadblocks, and facilitate swift and efficient resolutions.
  • Craft compelling narratives for both internal and external stakeholders, including board materials, investor presentations, and executive communications.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team, providing elevated insights on operations and strategic opportunities.
  • Facilitate alignment and coordination across CEO, CFO, structuring, investment, investment operations, tech, and sales teams. Drive decision-making to solve problems and maintain team momentum, particularly during the conceptualization, design, and launch of new financial products.

Requirements

Experience & Competencies

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience at a top-tier investment bank, management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG), private equity fund, or a similarly elite institution.
  • Demonstrated track record of outstanding achievement, coupled with strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize complex information into clear, compelling narratives for C-suite and board audiences.
  • Proven strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, identify opportunities, and unite diverse teams to solve problems in fast-paced environments.
