The Channels & Alliances team is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to drive partner onboarding, activation, and enablement across the Japanese partner ecosystem. In this position, you will collaborate closely with Partner Sales Managers (PSMs), partner companies, and the global Partner Enablement team to ensure partners have the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to effectively position, sell, and support Datadog solutions. You will execute enablement programs in Japan and localize and implement global initiatives to meet the needs of domestic partners and the market.
This role is crucial for accelerating partner readiness and activation by supporting new partner onboarding, identifying high-potential partners, developing activation strategies, and delivering enablement experiences that lead to measurable business outcomes.
