About the Role

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager (m|w/d), you will be responsible for the strategic positioning and marketing of our B2B products. You will develop product messaging frameworks, refine our value proposition, and ensure our Go-to-Market strategies effectively reach the right target audiences. Working collaboratively with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing, you will develop scalable GTM structures to drive product growth, increase feature adoption, and make a measurable contribution to revenue and pipeline.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop positioning, messaging, and value proposition frameworks for our B2B products, translating complex product features into relevant customer benefits.
  • Define Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), segments, and personas based on market potential, customer insights, and commercial KPIs.
  • Own Go-to-Market strategies and product launches for new products, features, and commercial initiatives.
  • Create sales enablement materials, messaging guides, and talking points to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Conduct competitive and market analyses, leveraging customer insights to continuously evolve positioning, messaging, and product strategy.
  • Measure the success of your product marketing initiatives using pipeline, conversion, win rate, revenue impact, and feature adoption metrics.

What You Bring

  • Several years of experience in B2B Product Marketing, ideally in a SaaS, platform, marketplace, or technology company.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing and executing Go-to-Market strategies, product positioning, messaging, and product launches.
  • Experience collaborating with sales teams and building sales enablement structures.
  • A strong understanding of commercial KPIs such as pipeline, conversion, win rate, revenue growth, and customer adoption.
  • High proficiency in stakeholder management across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • A hands-on approach, a drive to remove obstacles, and the ability to advance initiatives even in uncertain situations.
