Your Mission

• Inbound Communication: Handle inquiries via phone and email, always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-Oriented Work: Answer customer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: Act as the first point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with our internal teams.

Your Profile

• Previous experience in customer interaction.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – minimum C1 level).
• Comfortable working with PCs.
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends, within our service hours.
• Exceptional skills in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and likability.
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication.
• Requirement to work from home (in Germany). Training will be conducted in person in Hamburg.
