Marketing Lead, Shipping Our Expertise (SOE) & R&D Brand
Join the Platform team at Spotify, responsible for creating the technology that enables rapid learning and scaling for our global user and business growth. This role specifically leads marketing for Shipping Our Expertise (SOE), Spotify’s B2B SaaS business built on our powerful platform capabilities, while also shaping the broader Spotify R&D brand. You will set and drive the end-to-end marketing strategy across product marketing, growth, and brand for SOE.

What You’ll Do
- Define and execute the comprehensive marketing strategy for the SOE business, encompassing product marketing, growth, and brand initiatives.
- Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve measurable revenue, adoption, and customer expansion targets.
- Lead digital and paid acquisition campaigns targeting developers, engineering leaders, and enterprise buyers.
- Craft clear positioning and differentiated messaging tailored for technical B2B audiences.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales teams to align roadmap, go-to-market plans, and commercial objectives.
- Establish and monitor full-funnel performance metrics, from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, and revenue.
- Spearhead event and community strategies to boost visibility and generate qualified sales pipeline.
- Scale marketing operations through robust planning, dashboard implementation, and performance reporting.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, data-informed marketing team.
Who You Are
- 10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, growth marketing, or product marketing.
- 5+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Experience marketing developer tools, infrastructure platforms, or technical SaaS products.
- Deep understanding of engineering culture and proficiency in communicating with technical audiences.
- Proven ability to own revenue or adoption targets and demonstrate measurable business impact.
- Experience leading digital performance marketing, paid acquisition, and growth funnel optimization.
- Comfortable working with data, building forecasts, and utilizing dashboards for decision-making.
- A balance of commercial acumen, strong product intuition, and a user-centered approach.
- Adept at bringing structure and clarity to complex and ambiguous initiatives.
- Thrives in fast-moving environments and enjoys building new strategies from the ground up.
