We are seeking an experienced and visionary **Associate Director of Online Marketing** to lead our online acquisition efforts across paid digital channels. This role is perfect for someone who combines strong analytical acumen with a deep understanding of creative optimization and the evolving power of AI-driven automation. You will be a key driver of scalable growth and help Factor become the most trusted nutrition brand in Europe. ### What You’ll Do: The Recipe * Lead strategy, execution, and optimization of digital performance campaigns (e.g., Search, Social, Display, Video) across multiple European markets. * Drive creative strategy in collaboration with brand and design teams to produce high-performing, locally resonant ad assets — test, iterate, and scale based on performance insights. * Leverage AI tools and automation platforms to brief/produce content, streamline workflows, enhance targeting, and maximize ROI. * Work with high-performing teams of channel managers and specialists, fostering a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous improvement. * Work cross-functionally with Data, CRM, Product, and Brand to align online marketing with broader customer lifecycle goals. * Translate campaign results into actionable insights and present learnings regularly to leadership stakeholders. * Continuously evaluate new channels, tools, and automation opportunities to stay ahead in the dynamic digital marketing landscape. ### What You’ll Bring: The Ingredients * 7+ years of experience in performance marketing, with proven leadership in a fast-paced DTC or e-commerce environment. * Strong track record managing paid media budgets and scaling customer acquisition efficiently. * Deep experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and programmatic platforms. * Proficiency in AI-powered marketing tools and creative automation platforms. * Strategic mindset with the ability to zoom in on data and zoom out to vision. * Passion for data-informed storytelling and testing-led growth. * Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills. * Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus.
