The Role: Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

We are seeking a self-driven and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our lean but high-impact Revenue Operations team. This role is essential for maintaining and evolving our Go-To-Market (GTM) systems and reporting infrastructure, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and driving cross-functional visibility into pipeline, bookings, churn, and revenue performance. This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role requiring strong Salesforce/CPQ technical skills, a deep understanding of B2B SaaS GTM workflows, and a strong partnership mindset. You will report to the CFO and partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing, serving as the internal systems owner for Salesforce and related GTM tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Administration: Act as the primary Salesforce and CPQ administrator, executing system changes, implementing configuration updates, and maintaining documentation.
  • Reporting & Dashboarding: Own and evolve the Revenue Operations dashboard, surfacing key insights to Sales and Executive teams on pipeline, bookings, churn, and net ARR performance. Support the weekly Revenue Growth Call with reporting, dashboard maintenance, data analysis, and recurring business metric preparation. Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports for the CFO and CRO, including ARR forecasts and performance summaries for board and FP&A presentations.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Partner with the Senior Deal Desk Specialist to streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates, DocuSign formatting, and sales order accuracy, ensuring end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to revenue recognition.
  • Request Management: Intake and triage GTM systems-related requests across Sales, Customer Success, and Finance organizations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and resolve Salesforce/CPQ issues, leading initiatives for error reduction, automation, and documentation. Support planning and implementation for upcoming CPQ upgrades or system transitions.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain high standards of data integrity across all GTM systems.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5–7+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Systems, or Salesforce administration within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Certification required; Salesforce App Builder or CPQ Specialist certification is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Proven experience with Salesforce CPQ, quoting workflows, and revenue operations processes.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated experience supporting executive stakeholders and partnering cross-functionally.
  • Tool Stack: Experience with GTM tool stacks (e.g., ZoomInfo, Marketo, Zendesk, RingLead).
  • Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and take ownership of technical execution.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and reporting skills, including experience managing executive-facing dashboards and ARR reports.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Bonus: Exposure to backend development (e.g., Apex), workflow automation, or scripting for Salesforce configuration.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 per year (dependent on location, experience, and skills).
  • Target Bonus: 10% of base salary ($12,000 - $14,000).
  • Total Target Cash Compensation: $132,000 - $154,000.
