With your deep expertise in marketing automation and leadership experience, you'll coach our team and drive our expansion based on data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the entire lead funnel from Awareness to MQL: Marketing-Sales Alignment including Lead Scoring and regular joint review formats; management of Paid, SEO, and CRM channels.
  • Reorientation of our brand identity.
  • Brand & Content Ownership over Brand Voice, CI, and Messaging: Website performance and LLMO visibility; management of content strategy, editorial planning, and SEO.
  • Lead a cross-functional marketing team (CRM, Growth, Performance, Content) and coordinate cross-functionally with Product and Sales.
  • Partners & Events: Management of trade show and event strategy; brand partner management.
  • Responsible management of external agencies and briefing in SEO and PR, website development/maintenance; quality assurance and performance control; budget management and contract communication.
  • Recruiting, onboarding, and development of team members; active shaping of team culture and dynamics.
  • Accompanying change processes within the team (AI).

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of leadership experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in Hospitality Tech, Fintech, or solutions focused on SMEs.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV), proficient use of CRM and Marketing Automation tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.), and strategic brand management.
  • Understanding of how Content, Social Media, Performance, CRM, and Growth Marketing must interlock to achieve maximum impact.
  • AI & Marketing Automation: Successful implementation of AI-supported process optimizations and use of smart tools to elevate efficiency in the marketing team.
  • Many years of experience in coaching and leading teams.
  • You love close and constructive collaboration with Sales and Product Management teams.
  • Native-level German and fluent English.
