About the Role
GFL Cosmetics, a group with 30 years of experience in the "Made in Italy" cosmetics industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Key Account Manager. Based in Germany, you will be responsible for developing the local market, with a particular focus on Southern Germany. Your primary goal will be to secure new sales contracts and manage existing accounts, contributing to the company's growth across various channels including hotels, retail, large-scale distribution, and e-commerce.
Main Responsibilities
- Develop and secure new sales contracts with hotel groups, independent hotels, resorts, and cruise ship operators through direct engagement and negotiation.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and distribution partners, ensuring continued collaboration and business growth.
- Achieve and exceed sales turnover and margin targets, aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate closely with designated distributors to ensure contract compliance and seamless implementation of agreements.
- Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
- Conduct market research to identify new hotel openings and business opportunities, independently or with distributor network support.
