Your Responsibilities

  • Analyze current market trends, identify qualified leads, and build a structured sales pipeline.
  • Develop and successfully implement innovative sales strategies for our services and software solutions.
  • Approach potential customers through various channels and build initial trusting client relationships.
  • Conduct presentations, hold consultation meetings, and convince potential customers of our services and software solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact and professional contract negotiations to closing the deal. Ensure a seamless handover internally post-completion.
  • Participate in trade fairs, events, and other occasions to represent our company.

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field or comparable qualification.
  • At least 3 years of valuable sales experience, ideally in payroll services or software sales.
  • Passion for sales conversations and enjoyment in acquiring and advising new clients.
  • Experience using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling you to present and convey complex matters clearly and engagingly.
  • Fluent German (written and spoken); good English skills are an advantage.
