About the Role

The Fountain Group is seeking a talented and thought-provoking Sr. Designer for a prominent client. This is a Hybrid Role in San Francisco, CA 94105, requiring 1-2 days on-site per week. The assignment is for 5 months with a high possibility of extension.

• You possess excellent design craft, extensive digital & print experience, and impressive conceptual abilities.
• You are fearless in exploring new directions and techniques to create novel designs.
• You stay current with industry trends and best practices, often sought out by peers for input.
• You can function effectively as both a sprinter and a long-distance runner in project execution.

What You'll Do

During your contract, you will flex between teams as needed, conceptualizing and designing a wide range of creative assets. This includes:

• Big campaign ideas and event experiences.
• Cohesive design themes for email campaigns and web updates.
• Creative campaigns, e-books, email materials, and social campaigns.
• Webpages and presentations.
• Immersive experiences for world-class events, such as Dreamforce.
• Any other design needs for internal clients or the creative team.

Technical Skill Requirements

• Portfolio Required.
• Experience in the Tech industry (direct or agency with tech clients).
• 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• Must-have skills: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite.
• Teachable skills: Understanding of Salesforce products.
• Optional skills: Motion, Animation.
• Working knowledge of AI workflows, specifically Google Gemini and Nano Banana.
• Familiarity/working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a significant plus.

Compensation

• Pay Rate: Up to $56/hr on W2
• Assignment Length: 5 months with HIGH possibility of extension.
