About the Role

Join Crypto.com's dynamic institutional sales team and play a pivotal role in expanding our reach across APAC and EMEA. This position is designed for a high-energy "hunter" who can navigate the entire sales lifecycle, from onboarding clients to facilitating complex transactions involving both established crypto products and emerging institutional verticals like tokenized Real-World Assets (RWAs).

As a key driver of growth, you will act as the crucial link between institutional clients and Crypto.com's comprehensive suite of digital asset services, including the Exchange, OTC desk, Custody, CFD/retail brokerage, and RWA offerings. You'll work autonomously to meet personal sales targets and manage your book of business, collaborating with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives in a rapidly evolving market.

Job Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Execution: Proactively source, pitch, and onboard institutional prospects, including hedge funds, family offices, proprietary trading firms, retail/CFD brokers, and asset managers in APAC and EMEA interested in digital assets and RWA products.
  • RWA Sales: Drive the adoption of Crypto.com’s tokenized RWA offerings by educating clients on product mechanics, use cases, and risk profiles.
  • Solution Selling: Strategically position the full Crypto.com ecosystem (Exchange, OTC, Custody, CFD liquidity, RWA instruments) to meet the specific needs of institutional traders, retail brokers, and portfolio managers.
  • Onboarding Management: Oversee the end-to-end client onboarding process, coordinating with Legal, Compliance, and Operations for a seamless "time-to-trade" experience across all product lines and RWA verticals.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your client portfolio, ensuring high retention and identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Insights: Provide valuable "boots on the ground" feedback to Product and Strategy teams on competitor platforms, the retail/CFD broker landscape, RWA market developments, client pain points, and regional regulatory trends.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate CRM records of sales activities and forecasts, providing regular updates on KPIs such as Trading Volume, AUM, and RWA transaction flow.

Job Requirements

  • Experience: 4–12 years in Institutional Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management within FinTech, Traditional Finance, or regulated derivatives/exchange environments. Open to Manager to Senior Manager levels.
  • Domain Knowledge: Minimum 2 years of dedicated experience in digital assets, with a strong understanding of spot/derivatives trading, custodial workflows, and RWA products.
  • CFD & Retail Broker Understanding: Solid knowledge of CFD products and the retail brokerage ecosystem, including broker-LP relationships, A-book/B-book models, and institutional liquidity interaction. Prior experience at or selling into a CFD/retail broker is highly preferred.
  • RWA Familiarity: Working knowledge of tokenized real-world assets (on-chain fixed income, equities, commodity-backed tokens). Direct sales or BD experience in this area is a strong plus.
  • Network: Existing institutional contacts across APAC and/or EMEA (crypto funds, HFT firms, asset managers, family offices, retail/CFD brokers) with an interest in digital asset verticals.
  • Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API connectivity, FIX protocol, sub-account structures, and on-chain settlement mechanics with client technical teams.
  • Execution Focus: Demonstrated track record of exceeding individual sales quotas and volume targets across multiple product types.
  • Communication: Strong presentation skills, capable of engaging in complex discussions with C-suite stakeholders on crypto derivatives, CFDs, and RWA tokenization.
  • Agility: A "startup" mindset, able to adapt quickly to evolving market conditions, product offerings, and regulatory landscapes in APAC and EMEA.
