About the Role
As the Country Sales Manager for Bolt Business, you will be pivotal in driving the sales success of our B2B division. Your responsibilities will include ensuring your team meets targets, identifying new growth avenues, cultivating strong client relationships, and closely monitoring market dynamics. You will also manage and optimize the existing portfolio, focusing on increasing value through upselling, cross-selling, and enhancing customer retention.

Main Tasks and Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Relationship Management: Own key connections, relationships, and networks within the market; build and promote strong customer relationships with major clients and officials.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Build and manage the sales pipeline for major companies and opportunities, providing regular progress updates to management.
- Deal Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate and close deals with major corporations, leading the market through enterprise deals and driving team success.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Steer the go-to-market strategy, set relevant KPIs, plan task allocation, and define team and market objectives.
- Product Feedback: Play an essential role in developing solutions by providing market feedback to the Product team regarding Bolt Business offerings.
- Market Monitoring: Monitor emerging markets, identify new opportunities, and respond promptly to market shifts and challenges.
About You
- Experience: Degree holder with at least 6 years of experience in fast-paced B2B sales, with expertise in selling business services to SMEs/SMBs and mid-market clients. Proven track record in targeting, closing, and understanding client needs.
- Team Management: Minimum 4 years of proven experience managing a Sales team, with strong leadership qualities to motivate and mentor.
- Enterprise Sales: Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing enterprise deals, ideally selling services to large businesses.
- Revenue Growth: Expertise in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets with practical strategies, particularly in high-growth sectors (shared economy, technology, transport, startups).
- CRM Proficiency: CRM expert (preferably Salesforce) with the ability to analyze data for optimization and informed decision-making.
- Communication & Networking: Effective communication skills in English and Portuguese; ability to network and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
