Our goal is to combat the high rates of unemployment and underemployment among recent graduates.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate Frontend Developer to join our fully remote team. You will work alongside our existing team, focusing on enhancing our UI/UX, streamlining operations, and strengthening our technical foundation. This is a full-time position, and you must be available from 10 AM to 1 PM EST, regardless of your time zone. We are not looking for part-time, contractors, software development companies, or consultants.

Projects You'll Work On

Your contributions will directly influence the development of our AI-powered career readiness platform. Key areas of focus include:

• Enhancing User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX).
• Streamlining operational processes.
• Improving the overall technical architecture.
• Developing and refining features related to chatbots, computer vision, data visualization, machine learning, natural language processing, and video processing/conferencing.

What You'll Do

• Take ownership of end-to-end product quality, ensuring a reliable and high-performing application and website.
• Write high-quality code, going beyond unit tests and code coverage to ensure overall quality.
• Identify opportunities for automation and package reusable code.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, patterns, and paradigms.
• Collaborate with the lead designer, bringing a strong understanding of UI/UX principles.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Frontend Developer.
• Profound knowledge of JavaScript.
• TypeScript.
• Next.js.
• Practical and recent experience with React.js.
• Experience communicating with RESTful services.
• Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest).
• Experience with JavaScript code bundling (e.g., Webpack).
• Deep knowledge of CSS and preprocessors (e.g., Sass).
• GraphQL.
