About the Role

Fivetran is looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to generate new business pipeline and drive expansion within the Enterprise segment (Top Accounts in Germany). This full-time, remote position is based in Germany and focuses on identifying opportunities where Fivetran can add significant value.

What You'll Do

  • Generate new business qualified opportunities by collaborating with Tech Partners, SI Partners, XDRs, and conducting direct outbound efforts on named accounts.
  • Actively pitch Fivetran’s Database replication capabilities and the broader Fivetran platform value proposition.
  • Manage 90-180 day sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and departments within enterprise organizations.
  • Negotiate deals and manage the procurement process with legal, deal desk, and internal champions.
  • Develop trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and senior decision-makers at large organizations to evangelize Fivetran.
  • Participate in a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp as part of the onboarding process.

Skills We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 4 years' experience in new business sales, with a demonstrated track record of success selling to enterprise-level organizations.
  • Vision and strategic planning capabilities for territory and account management.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline generation through the ecosystem.
  • Focus on landing customers efficiently.
  • Experience selling services to support onboarding.
  • Proficiency in sales within the Data industry.
  • Capability in utilizing both inside and outside sales approaches.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in generating new business-qualified opportunities across diverse channels.
