About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for professional development in Artist Management, Media/Social Media, and Influencer Marketing, including related technologies. You will work with perfectly tailored, self-developed software systems designed for artist managers and their artists. This role is within a responsible position in a dedicated team, encouraging independent work and offering the freedom to actively shape processes through flat hierarchies and flexible structures. You will engage with a diverse, demanding, and exciting range of tasks for renowned clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Support internal talents with coordination and communication.
• Assist in finding new cooperation partners, creating new offers, and processing incoming inquiries.
• Work on developing negotiation skills for contracts and price negotiations with providers and service providers (cooperation partners).
• Support Artist Managers in conceptualizing and realizing content formats for talents.
• Act as an interface between talents and partners, planning their engagement and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners for existing and future formats and shows.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
