As a Sales Development Representative, you will be instrumental in laying the foundation for Fin's sales success. Your role involves engaging with prospects and customers to articulate the value of Fin and guide them through the sales process. As the first point of contact, you will create an impactful first impression, building momentum for the sales team and the company as a whole. What Will I Be Doing?

  • Engage with potential and current customers to assess mutual fit via Fin Inbox, phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Manage fast-paced conversations while ensuring an engaging and positive experience for prospects.
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives to build pipeline and drive deals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Fin's product and its value proposition.
  • Work with cross-functional partners to continuously improve workflows.
  • Participate in team development and mentoring activities.

  • Familiarity with systems and tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Chilipiper, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, Vidu, and Google Suite.
