The Applications Support Associate is responsible for coordinating and resolving issues identified and reported to the Tech Ops team for operational-facing applications, including CRM, Data, MDNAV, and the Portal. This role focuses on troubleshooting and triaging requests, assigning them to the appropriate technical staff, and ensuring efficient resolution or escalation.
