The Role: Content Marketer, Enterprise Sales
AirDNA is seeking a Content Marketer to embed within its enterprise sales organization. This role is crucial for driving growth by creating high-performing content that supports three distinct teams: Advanced Data Solutions (ADS), Property Management (PM), and Destination Marketing Organizations (DMO). You will work directly with sellers and account managers to develop content that moves deals forward, engages clients, and solidifies AirDNA's position as a leading intelligence partner in each vertical. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, with dotted lines to the Leaders of ADS and New Business, your success will be measured by pipeline, closed deals, and client retention.
What You'll Do:
Newsletters and Client Communications
- Own the production of recurring newsletters for enterprise segments, including topic sourcing, writing, coordination, and distribution.
- Develop content for existing clients, such as best practice guides, product tips, and success stories, to reinforce value and reduce churn.
- Track engagement metrics and iterate on content based on audience resonance.
Webinars
- Plan and produce monthly webinars targeting enterprise audiences across ADS, PM, and DMO segments.
- Manage the full webinar workflow: topic selection, speaker preparation, promotion, production, and follow-up content.
- Tailor webinar topics to specific audiences (market trends for DMOs, operational insights for PMs, data strategy for ADS clients).
Sales Enablement
- Create and maintain sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, competitive battlecards, pitch decks, and objection handling guides.
- Develop persona-specific content for sellers to use in outreach, discovery, demos, and follow-ups.
- Prepare materials for conferences and industry events, such as booth collateral, speaking decks, and follow-up sequences.
- Collaborate with Account Executives (AEs) and Account Managers (AMs) to understand their needs and translate common objections into reusable content.
Industry Narrative and Thought Leadership
- Shape AirDNA's enterprise narrative across all verticals and touchpoints.
- Write and publish thought leadership content (blog posts, LinkedIn articles, industry reports) to position AirDNA as the leading data partner.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive moves, and market shifts to ensure content relevance.
Conference and Event Support
- Ensure the sales team is fully prepared for conferences with talking points, presentation decks, printed materials, and post-event follow-up content.
- Coordinate with event teams to tailor materials to specific audiences.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
- Full proficiency in English, both verbal and written.
- 3+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or a data-driven business, with demonstrable work samples.
- Strong writing skills: ability to translate complex data concepts into compelling narratives for diverse audiences and verticals.
- Proven experience producing webinars, newsletters, and sales enablement materials from scratch.
- Understanding of revenue goals and ability to work embedded in a sales team.
- Project management skills to manage multiple content streams simultaneously.
- Comfortable working autonomously in a hybrid or remote environment with minimal supervision.
- Ability to context-switch between different verticals and buyer personas while maintaining accuracy and brand voice.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in the travel, tourism, hospitality, or real estate industry.
- Familiarity with DMOs, CVBs, property management companies, or enterprise data buyers.
- Experience with HubSpot (marketing automation, email, CRM).
- Basic design skills (Canva, Figma, or similar).
- Experience supporting conference or event marketing across multiple verticals.
What You Can Expect:
- Base salary range: 40,000 - 45,000 EUR annually + Variable bonus.
