The Opportunity
We are looking for you to lead various commercial and operational topics that drive forward the growth of the company. This is your opportunity to have an impact on our planet and experience a startup in its early days.
Aufgaben (Responsibilities)
- Help plan and execute marketing activities (social media posts, newsletter drafts, website updates)
- Prepare sales materials and presentations (decks, one-pagers etc.)
- Support campaigns (emails, LinkedIn messages, calls) and help schedule meetings and tastings
- Maintain and update our CRM, ensuring clean data and structured follow-ups
- Support for sales operations (commissioning, repacking, sending, and other operational tasks)
Qualifikation (Qualifications)
- You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Communication, Food Management or a similar field in business, economics, or related.
- Strong interest in sales, marketing, B2B business, gastronomy and sustainable food / foodtech.
- Fluency in German and English.
- First experience in sales, marketing or in a startup is a plus, but not required.
- You communicate clearly, but creatively, enjoy talking to people and are not afraid of picking up the phone.
- You balance analytical rigor with strong execution - you see what needs to be done and move quickly.
- You act and work independently and responsibly.
