Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

  • Comprehensive marketplace management for our catalog of 8,000+ products in ~100 segments on Shopify and Amazon.
  • Holistic control of pricing, product descriptions, advertising (Ads), and availability per segment.
  • Maintenance and input of product and order data in Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, and JTL.
  • Coordination of B2B customer orders, including order processing and communication.
  • Production planning and instructions to warehouse and logistics teams.
  • Review and monitoring of orders on other marketplaces such as Otto & Co.
  • Data maintenance in Excel / Google Sheets – accurate, fast, error-free.
  • Creation and maintenance of product texts.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

  • Completed vocational training as an E-commerce Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau im E-Commerce) or comparable professional experience.
  • Experience with Shopify; ideally also with Amazon Seller Central and JTL WaWi.
  • A good sense for pricing, assortment logic, and advertising measures on marketplaces.
  • Proficient in using Excel / Google Sheets.
  • Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
  • Residency in the Regensburg area (approx. 1 day per week in the office, rest remote).
  • Independent, structured way of working – you can maintain an overview even with many segments.
