About the Role

As a Manager in Influencer Marketing, you will have ample opportunity to succeed both operationally and as a team leader. You will independently manage campaigns from proposal to execution and reporting, driving the business forward with creative and innovative approaches.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage medium-scale and medium-complexity social media campaigns for clients, developing and executing creative ideas.
• Collaborate with Strategy and other internal departments, as well as clients and external partners, to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify procedural and functional challenges, develop solutions, and improve productivity, efficiency, and alignment across teams.
• Analyze trends, prepare internal and external reports, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
• Consistently bring creative and innovative approaches that drive Pulse’s business forward.

Qualifications

• A driven, passionate, diverse, and equal mindset.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the social media field, with at least 2 years specifically in influencer marketing.
• Strong analytical and strategic decision-making skills, with an enjoyment of working with numbers.
• Passion for both project management and emotional storytelling.
• A true team player with a strong hands-on mentality.
• A positive attitude towards new challenges and the ability to motivate a team.
• Fluency in German and English.
