About the Role

As an E-Commerce Manager at HOLZRICHTER Berlin, you will develop and optimize our webshop and central e-commerce processes. You will analyze potentials along the customer journey, optimize funnels, user experience, and conversion, and implement data-based measures to increase performance. Working with key stakeholders, you will ensure our systems, processes, and product data function efficiently, scalably, and customer-orientedly, directly contributing to HOLZRICHTER Berlin's sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for the performance and further development of our webshop
  • Analysis of customer journey, funnel, and e-commerce KPIs
  • Identification and implementation of conversion and growth potentials
  • Management and optimization of our marketplaces and product feeds
  • Planning and evaluation of tests, analyses, and optimization initiatives
  • Close collaboration with Marketing, Product, and Operations
  • Further development of processes, data quality, and user experience

Requirements

  • Professional experience in e-commerce, online retail, or digital product management
  • Understanding of webshop processes, user experience, and conversion optimization
  • Structured, data-driven, and solution-oriented approach
  • Experience with shop, feed, or marketplace systems (e.g., Shopware, Amazon, Google Merchant Center, Meta)
  • High quality awareness for product data, content, and digital customer journeys
  • Strong communication skills and a passion for cross-departmental collaboration and process optimization
