Your Role

This role is approximately 70% recruitment and 30% hiring operations / improvements — ideal for someone who enjoys both hiring and building better structure around it.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70%)

  • Own end-to-end hiring processes across multiple departments and business functions
  • Source, screen, and shortlist candidates quickly and professionally
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure smooth communication with candidates and hiring managers
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs
  • Keep momentum high throughout the process and ensure hiring decisions move fast

Hiring Operations & Improvements (30%)

  • Improve hiring templates and structure (job ads, scorecards, screening process, interview flow)
  • Support onboarding coordination and hiring handovers
  • Track recruitment pipelines and timelines to ensure hiring stays on plan
  • Help strengthen internal hiring standards and consistency as we scale

International Hiring Scope

  • Hire talent across multiple locations including London, Belgrade, Barcelona, and remote/overseas markets
  • Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure a smooth candidate experience

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency background is fine)
  • Strong communication skills and high follow-up discipline
  • Structured, fast, and comfortable working in a high-growth environment
  • Business mindset — you understand that hiring impacts execution and results
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
