We are an independent, data-driven media agency. We plan and book campaigns for our clients – and we believe that an agency should do its own marketing as well as it does for its clients. That's exactly where you come in.
The Role
This position has two equally important halves:
50% Client Campaigns: You will work on digital media campaigns – Paid Social, YouTube & CTV, Programmatic, Search. You'll learn how to set up target audiences correctly, manage campaigns, and optimize based on the right KPIs, rather than gut feeling.
50% Own Marketing: You will make RFM your own best case study. Create content for our website and blog, handle SEO, and develop social formats. This portion is firmly protected – it doesn't get lost in daily business but is part of your role.
You don't need to know everything yet. You need to be eager to learn both.
Responsibilities (Aufgaben)
On the Client Side:
- You will support the setup, management, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple channels.
- You will build reports, draw the right conclusions from the data, and present them concisely.
- You will familiarize yourself with platforms and tools – with guidance, not thrown in at the deep end.
On the Agency's Own Marketing Side:
- You will produce content for our agency: blog articles, SEO texts, social media formats.
- You will maintain and further develop our own channels.
- You will showcase what we can do, making our real campaigns presentable cases.
Qualifications (Qualifikation)
- A good feel for language and brand – you can write in a way that people want to read.
- Numbers don't scare you. You want to understand why a campaign is running well or not.
- First exposure to online marketing, SEO, or social media – whether from studies, internships, personal projects, or curiosity.
- A self-directed, hands-on attitude. No one here waits to be told what to do.
- Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
