Your Mission
In this role, you will support the CEO in expanding our customer and partner pipeline. You will identify opportunities, structure follow-ups, prepare customer meetings, and guide opportunities through to successful implementation. You are not a classic sales hunter, but an entrepreneurial Growth Operator with strong execution capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Structuring and tracking the sales pipeline
- Supporting the approach to enterprise customers, consulting partners, and industry partners
- Preparing customer meetings, pitch documents, proposals, and follow-ups
- Identifying and qualifying new use cases in Nuclear, Energy, Infrastructure, and Industry
- Translating customer needs into concrete pilot and project approaches
- Accompanying customer projects from the initial opportunity to implementation
- Building a repeatable go-to-market approach for our core markets
Qualifications
- Experience in Business Development, technical sales, enterprise software sales, consulting, or customer growth
- Good understanding of customer needs, business cases, and internal decision-making processes in large organizations
- Ability to consistently follow up on opportunities and translate them into concrete next steps
- Interest in AI, software, industry, energy, and infrastructure
- High initiative, strong communication skills, and a focus on closing deals
- Sufficient operational strength to not only sell but also consider implementation
