What Awaits You:
- You will independently and strategically manage client projects – from the initial idea through implementation to analysis and reporting.
- You will develop holistic social media strategies and advise our clients at eye level on channels, formats, and trends.
- You will manage the collaboration between clients, creative teams, editorial staff, and performance marketing, ensuring smooth project execution.
- You will take on the professional leadership of projects, coordinate timings, budgets, and resources, and ensure the quality of results.
- You will identify potential for further development of existing accounts and proactively contribute new ideas, formats, and measures.
- You will independently conduct client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions.
- You will support pitches and new business projects and actively contribute to the development of our social media offerings.
What You Should Bring:
- 3–5 years of professional experience in social media management, account management, or project management – ideally in an agency setting.
- In-depth experience in strategic consulting and managing clients from various industries.
- A strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and current digital trends.
- Proficiency in relevant KPIs and experience in analyzing, interpreting, and presenting performance data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, as well as a confident demeanor with clients.
- High sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in budget planning and stakeholder management.
- Proficient use of MS Office and common project management and social media tools, including AI tools.
- A hands-on mentality, strategic thinking, and the ability to maintain an overview in dynamic situations.
- Fluent German and very good English skills are an advantage.
