About the Project & Role

Join an exciting customer service project for a municipal client in the Greater Hamburg area. We are looking for dedicated Customer Advisors (m/f/d) to provide competent, friendly, and solution-oriented support to citizens. This role requires strong customer service skills and specific SAP IS-U experience.

Work Location: Initial 4 weeks of training in Hamburg, followed by 100% remote work.

Your Mission (Responsibilities)

• Provide phone and written support to customers of a municipal client.
• Answer inquiries related to customer service matters.
• Accurately record, process, and document customer requests in the designated systems.
• Utilize Office applications, CRM systems, and SAP IS-U.
• Find solution-oriented answers and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.

Your Profile (Qualifications)

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or several years of experience in customer service.
• Product and industry knowledge, ideally in the municipal or energy sector.
• Proficiency with Office applications, CRM systems, SAP, and specifically SAP IS-U.
• Minimum of 6 months of customer center experience with SAP IS-U within the last 3 years.
• Meticulous, reliable, and service-oriented work ethic.
• High customer focus, maintaining friendliness and professionalism even in challenging conversations.
• Strong social and communication skills.
• A quiet, suitable workspace for remote work.
