We are now seeking a new personality for our videos – someone who can captivate audiences on camera and drive our brand's online presence.

About the Role

We are looking for a creative individual to generate engaging video content for TikTok and Instagram, starring in the videos themselves. This role is perfect for someone who is confident and authentic on camera and has a passion for creating content that resonates with target audiences.

Responsibilities

• Create creative video content for TikTok and Instagram, appearing on camera.
• Develop formats that achieve organic growth, focusing on entertainment, authenticity, and behind-the-scenes brand insights.
• Produce videos for Paid Ads in collaboration with our team, from hook to call-to-action (CTA).
• Contribute original ideas, identifying and adapting trends to fit our brand's world.
• Collaborate closely with our Performance Marketing team to understand what makes videos successful (e.g., Hook Rate, Hold Rate).

Requirements

• On-Camera Presence: Confident, authentic, and self-assured in front of the camera is the most critical requirement.
• Creativity & Trend Awareness: Alert, creative, with a keen sense for what works on TikTok and Instagram.
• Technical Skills: Ability to independently shoot and edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere, or similar.
• Content Understanding: Understanding the difference between organic content and advertising videos, or a strong willingness to learn quickly.
• Initiative & Reliability: Proactive and dependable; capable of starting tasks without a fully detailed plan.
• Language Skills: Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Location: Residence in the Stuttgart area is required, as the role is 100% remote but requires proximity for studio shoots, product photoshoots, and team days.
