Responsibilities:

  • Sell consulting services for D365 Sales, Service, and Marketing/CIJ, as well as Power Platform solutions, to new enterprise clients in the US.
  • Take ownership to grow assigned territories and achieve revenue targets through various channels, including business development, lead generation/prospecting, responding to inbound inquiries, networking with Microsoft sellers, and cold outreach campaigns.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification, qualification, discovery, proposals, and contract negotiations through to deal closure, ensuring successful client delivery.
  • Engage in deal shaping with assistance from technical and functional experts as needed.
  • Build nurturing relationships with C-suite contacts and conduct sales presentations to all organizational levels within enterprise companies.
  • Foster and nurture relationships within the Microsoft channel and the broader ecosystem.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan for targeting and achieving new business revenue.
  • Contribute to refining sales processes and mentor new sellers during onboarding.
  • Attend Microsoft conferences, trade shows, and other events to stay informed about the digital market and future trends.
  • Track sales progress and opportunities in the D365 CRM.
  • Travel up to 30% nationally.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience within the Microsoft partner channel, with an established network within Microsoft.
  • 3+ years of experience selling technology consulting services and complex solutions to enterprise organizations.
  • Proven track record of successful deal closures ranging from $200K - $1M+.
  • Demonstrated success in landing new logos, prospecting, account planning, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience as a Trusted Advisor, effectively nurturing client relationships.
  • Proficiency in preparing proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), and delivering oral presentations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Collaborative and teamwork mentality, working effectively with internal Consulting & Development teams towards common goals.
