Responsibilities:

  • Foster and nurture relationships within the Microsoft channel and broader ecosystem for leads and collaboration on pursuits.
  • Sell consulting services for D365 Sales, Service, and Marketing/CIJ, as well as Power Platform solutions, to new clients in the US, with a focus on SME&C (small, mid-size, and corporate clients).
  • Take ownership to grow assigned territories and achieve revenue targets through business development, lead generation, responding to inbound inquiries, networking with Microsoft sellers, and cold outreach.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification and qualification through discovery, proposals, contract negotiations, and deal closure, ensuring successful client delivery.
  • Engage in deal shaping with the assistance of technical and functional experts as needed.
  • Build nurturing relationships with C-suite contacts and conduct sales presentations to all organizational levels.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan to target and achieve new business revenue.
  • Assist in refining sales processes and mentor new sellers during onboarding.
  • Attend Microsoft conferences, trade shows, and other events to stay current with the digital market.
  • Track sales progress and opportunities in D365.
  • Travel up to 30% nationally.

Requirements:

  • Must have channel sales experience working with Microsoft sellers and navigating the Microsoft ecosystem, ideally with an established network within Microsoft.
  • 3+ years of experience selling technology consulting services and complex solutions.
  • Proven success in closing deals ranging from $50K - $500K+.
  • Demonstrated success in landing new logos, prospecting, account planning, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Experience as a Trusted Advisor by nurturing client relationships.
  • Experience working on proposals, SOWs, and oral presentations.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and networking skills.
  • Teamwork mentality to collaborate effectively with internal Consulting & Development teams.

Must be based in the US; relocation is not required.
