Senior Travel Agent (Remote) at BCD Travel

About the Role

As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company, communicating and responding to requests from current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. If you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at your core, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers.
• Maintain a strong understanding of client travel policies and provide consistent consultation.
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
• Provide clients with essential industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to suggest improvements.
• Maintain and actively communicate, while seeking expansion of, current knowledge of the various travel industries supported.

About You

• Extensive Travel Agent experience.
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in German.

Compensation by Country (Annual Gross Salary)

• Spain: EUR 25,000 - 31,000
• France: EUR 25,000 - 32,000
• Poland: 84,000 - 96,000 PLN
• Netherlands: EUR 40,000 - 50,000
• Belgium: EUR 40,000 - 55,000

The final salary offered will depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
