The Role

We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Agent to support our customers across email, chat, and social channels. You’ll help solve issues, process orders and returns, and ensure every customer interaction leaves a positive impression.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally via Gorgias.
  • Process returns, refunds, and order amendments in Shopify/Loop.
  • Escalate issues when needed and keep clear ticket notes.
  • Participate in team training, QA, and meetings.
  • Meet daily productivity and quality standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of eCommerce customer service experience.
  • Strong written English and professional communication skills.
  • Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Cin7, Loop (or similar platforms).
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and excellent at time management.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with multi-channel support or returns platforms.

Hours / Location

  • Full-time (5 days/week), including occasional weekends.
  • Must be available to work Sydney hours (AEST).
  • Fully remote position.
