To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Developer (m/f/d) with a strong focus on frontend with Flutter OR backend with Django REST Framework - ideally with knowledge in both areas.

Deine Rolle (Your Role)

As a Developer (m/f/d), you will work on innovative customer projects and support companies in designing their digital processes efficiently and sustainably. Depending on your focus, you will develop modern frontends with Flutter, powerful backend systems with Django REST Framework, or accompany projects as a Full-Stack Developer throughout the entire development cycle. You will take responsibility for technical solutions and actively contribute your expertise to architectural and technology decisions.

Deine Aufgaben (Your Tasks)

• Development of modern, responsive web applications with Flutter Web as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android.
• Conception and implementation of scalable REST APIs with Django REST Framework.
• Implementation of individual customer requirements into maintainable, performant, and future-proof software solutions.
• Development and integration of interfaces to third-party systems (REST, OAuth2, Webhooks, WebSockets).
• Technical analysis and creation of architecture and solution concepts in customer projects.
• Close collaboration with consultants, project managers, and other developers.
• Error analysis, debugging, and continuous performance optimization.
• Support in operations, maintenance tasks, and support cases.
• Participation in the further development of internal development standards and best practices.

Das bringst du mit (What You Bring)

You have profound knowledge in at least one of the following areas:

Flutter (Frontend)

• Several years of experience in app and/or web development with Flutter (Dart).
• Confident use of state management solutions like Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc.
• Experience in connecting REST APIs.
• Knowledge of platform-specific features for iOS, Android, and Web.
• Sense for modern user interfaces and good user experience.

Django REST Framework (Backend)

• Several years of experience in development with Django and Django REST Framework.
• Very good knowledge of Python.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Knowledge in the conception and implementation of scalable and secure REST APIs.
• Experience with authentication and authorization concepts (e.g., OAuth2, JWT).

• Interest in modern technologies and continuous further training.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and agile development methods would be advantageous.
• University degree, vocational training, or comparable qualification in the IT field.
