Sachbearbeiter Customer Service & Kundenbetreuung (m/f/d)

Im Auftrag unseres Partnerunternehmens suchen wir Sie zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt als „Sachbearbeiter Customer Service & Kundenbetreuung (m/w/d)“.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service for order-related inquiries in German and English.
• Process orders, ensuring proper execution and invoicing.
• Create and review cost estimates and handle incoming customer feedback.
• Coordinate the processing of confirmed orders, monitoring deadlines and status.
• Support the team with general administrative and organizational tasks.

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial apprenticeship (e.g., Kaufmann für Büromanagement, Industriekaufmann, Kaufmann im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement, Kaufmann für Dialogmarketing).
• Ideally, professional experience as a Customer Service Representative, Customer Service Employee, Customer Service Clerk, or Sales Support Employee.
• Strong service orientation and experience handling customer inquiries and resolving issues solution-oriented.
• Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP is desirable.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; good English proficiency in speaking and writing.
