We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst Sales (m/f/d) to join and drive the sales analytics strategy within the Sales Data Hub at DKV Mobility, a leading European mobility company.

About the Role

As a Senior Data Analyst Sales, you will own and scale the reporting landscape, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logic that enable commercial decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and top management. This role is crucial for driving data-informed strategies and optimizing sales performance.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Take end-to-end ownership of the design, development, and governance of sales dashboards and reporting solutions, including KPIs, pipeline, forecast, and campaign performance.
  • Proactively analyze sales KPI trends, identify drivers, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for management.
  • Define, develop, and harmonize sales KPIs and the underlying data models to ensure consistency and scalability across the organization.
  • Conduct complex strategic and ad-hoc analyses to support key sales initiatives and commercial decision-making processes.
  • Translate complex data into decision-relevant insights and present them in stakeholder-oriented visualizations tailored for top management.
  • Structure and prioritize business requirements, transforming them into scalable analytical concepts and technical specifications.
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and other interfaces in a steering capacity to advance data architecture, interfaces, and data products.

Your Profile

  • Several years of solid experience in Sales Analytics, with demonstrable end-to-end ownership of reporting landscapes, KPI frameworks, and data-driven steering logics.
  • Deep expertise in Power BI, including complex data modeling, DAX optimization, and performance tuning, paired with strong SQL skills.
  • Strong understanding of modern data architectures and the ability to design and scale data models and KPI structures as a foundation for company-wide steering.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into structured analytical concepts and technical specifications, with clear prioritization and effective scope management.
  • Sharp analytical mindset with the ability to identify business drivers, conduct root cause analyses, and deliver concrete, business-relevant recommendations.
  • Confident communicator who can present complex analyses clearly to senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.

Location

This position is based in Ratingen.
