Partner Growth Manager - Payments & WFM

Payoneer is seeking a proactive Partner Growth Manager to own the full-funnel lifecycle of their Payments and Workforce Management (WFM) partnerships. This is a builder role focused on identifying new high-value partners and developing enablement programs to drive revenue.

What You'll Do:

Phase 1: Market Expansion (The Hunt)

  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and build target lists of WFM platforms and payment providers aligning with Payoneer’s ecosystem.
  • Full-Cycle Outreach: Own the "SDR-to-Close" workflow, using LinkedIn, email, and cold calls to secure meetings and manage partners through contracting and admin phases.
  • Value Positioning: Tailor the Payoneer pitch to address specific pain points for WFM and Payment stakeholders.

Phase 2: Partner Infrastructure (The Build)

  • Onboarding Excellence: Lead the transition from "Signed" to "Active" by creating bespoke enablement materials (decks, collateral, internal playbooks).
  • Technical Liaising: Guide partners through operational hurdles, including KYC requirements, device logistics, and platform integration questionnaires.
  • Internal Sales Enablement: Equip regional account managers with the necessary tools and data to support partners at the country level.

Phase 3: Ecosystem Activation (The Scale)

  • Performance Governance: Own relationship health via MBRs and QBRs, tracking performance against growth targets.
  • Education & Community: Design and deliver webinars, workshops, and training sessions to ensure Payoneer remains a top-of-mind solution for partners' sales teams.

Who You Are:

  • Experience: Approximately 5 years in the tech sector, specifically in Partnerships, Channel Sales, or Account Management.
  • "Hustle" Factor: Proven track record of performing outbound activity; comfortable generating own leads.
  • Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the Payments or WFM landscape is a significant plus.
  • Content Proficiency: Ability to build high-quality pitch decks and simplify complex processes into digestible partner guides.
