As a Senior Travel Consultant, you are the face of our company. You’ll communicate and respond to requests for current and new clients, helping them travel smart and achieve more. Do you communicate effortlessly and have customer service at your heart? – Read on!

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Travel Agent, you will:

• Search and confirm travel reservations for the customer.
• Have a strong understanding of a client travel policy and consistently provide consultation to the customer.
• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations.
• Provide the client with the required industry information, such as low fares, exchange costs, and penalties.
• Seek opportunities to review operational processes and commercial relationships with clients to provide suggestions for improvement.
• Maintain and actively communicate, and seek expansion of, current knowledge of the state of the various travel industries supported.

About You

• Extensive Travel Agent experience.
• Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes.
• Advanced skills in GDS Amadeus.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in French.

This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:

• Spain: 25,000-31,00 EUR
• France: 25,000 - 32,000 EUR
• Poland: 84,000-96,000 PLN
• Germany: 38,500-50,000
• Netherlands: 40,000-50,000 EUR
• Belgium: 40,000-55,00 EUR

The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
