Your Tasks

• Inbound Communication: Handle inquiries via phone and in writing – always with a focus on excellent customer service.
• Solution-Oriented Work: Answer customer questions, resolve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: You are the first point of contact for customers and work closely with our internal teams.

Your Qualifications

• Initial experience in customer interaction.
• You are willing to undergo initial training on-site in Hamburg, after which you will transition to home office.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – minimum C1).
• Working with a PC is not a challenge for you.
• Experience with EVU and SAP systems.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends within our service hours.
• You are unbeatable in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and friendliness.
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication.
