Client Delivery Manager

About the Role

TechBiz Global is recruiting a Client Delivery Manager for one of its top clients. This role is ideal for individuals seeking growth within an innovative and fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in overseeing project and release delivery for a portfolio of Acquiring clients, serving as the vital link between customers, business stakeholders, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Discovery and Requirements Refinement workshops with customers, focusing on re-using existing platform capabilities over custom solutions.
• Conduct high-quality impact assessments, evaluating dependencies and effects on downstream systems and operations.
• Communicate customer requirements and impact assessments to Product, Engineering, QA, and Operations teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Monitor and report on delivery progress, risks, and dependencies across cross-functional teams, proactively resolving issues.
• Analyze technical specifications of files, APIs, and other message systems (e.g., ISO8583) to identify impacts.
• Query and analyze merchant, transaction, and product-rules data to identify impacts.
• Identify necessary changes to processes, procedures, and working practices to enable successful delivery and achieve planned benefits.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary escalation point for client issues.
• Assist Project Management with planning releases to meet client SLAs and launch dates.
• Lead and participate in client workshops, providing support in both remote and on-site environments.
• Maintain tickets with accurate and up-to-date status information.
• Perform other assigned duties.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the card payments industry, with hands-on involvement in card issuing, merchant acquiring, card scheme compliance, or related payment technology.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or equivalent technical experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in leading stakeholder engagements and workshops in both remote and on-site settings.
• Willingness to travel internationally, particularly across Europe, Latin America, and North America.
