Training
- A BLS CPR certificate is required. Training for CPR will be provided during orientation if you do not already have it.
Experience
No previous job experience is required, but you should have one of the following:
- Completed STNA, CNA, or Patient Care Technician/Assistant training.
- Provided care for patients in the past 5 years (e.g., taking their temperature, bathing them, or helping them use the restroom).
- Currently enrolled in nursing school and have completed at least one clinical rotation.
Other Skills
- Ability to multitask effectively, even with interruptions, while maintaining a pleasant demeanor.
- Proficiency in computer use.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
