About the Role

You will be responsible for collecting, categorizing, and analyzing data to generate actionable reports that influence strategic decision-making, uncover growth opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Partner with Product Owners and Data Teams across marketing, billing, and product domains.
- Create new dashboards and maintain/improve existing reports.
- Conduct user behavior and 'aha moment' analysis.
- Analyze data to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and provide recommendations to maximize KPIs.
- Design and conduct A/B and homogeneity tests to validate hypotheses.
- Monitor metrics across all domains.
- Design and build robust data models in SQL.
- Provide and receive actionable feedback from peers and leadership.
Qualifications
- Degree in an analytical field (Math, Data Science, Economics).
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends in large datasets.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in Product Analytics.
- Experience with analytics tools like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or similar.
- Advanced SQL proficiency.
- Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or similar.
- Experience in subscription businesses.
- Ability to adapt quickly, learn new tools, and work effectively in a fast-changing environment.
- Fluent English and Russian/Ukrainian.
Nice to Have
- Strong spoken and written English.
- Experience in Marketing Analytics.
- Experience with Python, R.
- Experience with GCP, BigQuery.
- Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.
- Experience with orchestration frameworks like Airflow.
- Experience with git and code review processes.

Applicants must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET to ensure optimal collaboration.
