Position Overview

Upper Valley Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Cardiac Telemetry Unit. This role is integral to our patient care team, focusing on administering direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Responsibilities

Administer patient care under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
Collaborate as a member of the nursing team to accomplish patient care activities.
Contribute to the implementation of patient care plans.
Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
Ensure accountability for compliance with the Ohio Nurse Practice Act, applicable regulatory standards, and institutional policies and procedures.

Shift Details

Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Hours: 24 hours per week / 72 hours per pay period
Program: Weekends Pay Program

Qualifications

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Diploma Program

Licensure/Certification/Registration
