About Patsli

Patsli is a young brand for functional premium snacks for cats, developed with veterinarians and nutrition experts and produced in Germany. We are growing rapidly and are building our social media, content, and community world from the ground up. This is where you come in: as the first permanent employee in the team and as a sparring partner for our social agency. This is your chance to help shape things from the beginning instead of just implementing.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• You will be in front of the camera yourself and produce authentic content with your cat, from idea to shooting to the finished vertical clip.
• Together with us and our agency, you will build our content and channel strategy from scratch and further develop ideas, formats, and trends.
• You will work side-by-side with the professionals from our social agency, actively contribute, and take their expertise with you directly.
• You will manage the community, answer comments and messages, and give our brand an approachable voice.
• You will plan, create, and publish posts, keeping our editorial plan in mind.
• You will support the post-production of content for organic channels and ads.
• You have a good feel for online culture, new formats, and relevant topics around cats and animal health.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• You have a cat and are eager to go in front of the camera with it.
• You feel comfortable in front of your phone or the camera and get energy rather than stage fright.
• You have initial practical experience in social media, e.g., through working student jobs, internships, university projects, or your own accounts.
• You write and speak fluently and creatively at a native-speaker level in German.
• You work reliably and communicatively and are genuinely eager to get started and learn new things.

Additional Information

• 20 hours per week.
• Start immediately, preferably for at least six months and beyond.
