About the Data & Technology Team

The Data & Technology team comprises data scientists, analysts, engineers, web developers, and product managers. We develop, manage, and execute the technical strategies and roadmap for Civic Nation's internal operations and external initiatives. Our team provides robust data analysis, builds and maintains essential tools and infrastructure, and supports the organization's internal needs.

Your Impact: Hub Platform Analyst

This role is central to how Civic Nation tracks, measures, and reports on organizational impact. As the Hub Platform Analyst, you will serve as a key steward of our HubSpot CRM instance, ensuring data accuracy and translating it into actionable insights for hub teams across the organization. You will collaborate closely with teams to manage platform adoption, provide user training, and build essential workflows and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Civic Nation hub teams in managing, optimizing, and driving adoption of HubSpot and related platforms, ensuring accurate data collection, clean reporting, and consistent standards across programs and campaigns.
  • Create, maintain, and continuously improve HubSpot workflows, automations, properties, lists, and reporting processes for effective tracking and evaluation.
  • Manage and support HubSpot Membership modules, including audience segmentation, membership tracking, and engagement reporting.
  • Assist in integrating paid media and advertising platforms with HubSpot to enhance lead capture, attribution, audience management, and reporting.
  • Develop and maintain campaign tracking frameworks using UTM parameters and attribution standards across digital marketing, email, advertising, and partner campaigns.
  • Partner with hub teams to establish consistent data collection processes and reporting standards.
  • Perform other reasonable and related duties as assigned.

Your Experience

  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a nonprofit or political environment, focusing on data management, digital campaigns, or CRM operations.
  • Required: Demonstrated experience with HubSpot.
  • Preferred experience with CRM management, email marketing, workflow automation, reporting, and audience segmentation.

  • Campaign Support: Experience supporting digital advertising campaigns and integrating advertising platforms with CRM systems.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $65,000 - $72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
