Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities include advising, selling (no hard sales), and providing general information about services in the tourism industry.
• Customer support for new and existing clients, identifying product needs.
• Handling inquiries quickly via email and phone.
• As a Hero, you are the primary contact person for our clients' customers.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in the tourism sector and customer interaction.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – minimum C1).
• Working with a PC is not a challenge for you.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekend duties within our service hours from Mon - Sun 7:30 AM - 11:00 PM.
• You are unbeatable in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and likeability.
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication.
• You love making different customer personalities happy.
• Working from home is a prerequisite for you.
