Your Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you are the core of our customer relationships. Your goal is to build long-term, successful partnerships where clients gain the maximum benefit from our product and services. Your mission is to manage the seminar planning process from inquiry to billing for our existing clients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the interface between clients and service providers to execute client seminar business.
  • Maintain oversight of hotel room blocks.
  • Manage material shipment for events and research locations and service providers.
  • Organize and manage conference participants using the participant management tool.
  • Review and verify invoices, performing billing checks.
  • Create reports and conduct analyses and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction.
